2. Meet Steve at the Property: When possible, Steve wants to see your building location to assess drainage, elevation, utilities, grading, orientation, existing structures, and potential construction challenges.
3. Review the Plans & Decision Makers: Before construction begins, we want the people involved in making final decisions together. (husband, wife, owner, business partner, manager, architect, etc.) Plans are reviewed, agreed to, and we move forward.
4. Build With Communication: Once construction begins, Miller Custom Homes manages the project with consistent communication, attention to detail, scheduling, coordination, and personal involvement from Steve.
